PREFACE
The Charter of Values of San Girolamo Farm House is based on the willingness of the owners to add further value to the farm as an enterprise as well as involve its stakeholders (interested parties) in making decisions and choosing strategies for the company.  

THE CHARTER OF VALUES
This Charter of Values incorporates the basics of the choices and behavior that San Girolamo Farm House is going to favour in its management practices, activities, and its relationship with its stakeholders.
This Charter is a proof of Social Responsibility that the company freely assumes and declares.   To the Farm and its stakeholders , the Charter is an important document to refer to in order to verify compliance with the values declared and recorded in the Charter. It's clear that this document cannot provide guidelines for resolving each and every possible argument or situation that may arise in the course of the business operation. That is why it's the duty and the obligation of the executive officers to provide guidance and assistance, whenever those are required, to interpret the values in the above-mentioned Charter.

The Charter records the basic principles of the philosophy, attitude and approaches of the company. Any misconduct on the part of stakeholders or any involved party that violates the ethics of San Girolamo Farm House can and must be reported to the executive officers. In this regard we remind that no company profit, tangible or intangible, can excuse violation of the company's policy and ethics whether in good will or not.

The failure to keep allegiance to the values declared in the Charter will constitute misconduct and jeopardize the relationships within the company and the company's total well-being. Therefore, the Charter of Values shall have priority as compared to common business practices because it enriches and consolidates the basics embedded in the current regulations. Moreover, the stakeholders employed by the company are expected to observe the norms and values regardless of their job title and level of authority. Basically, the image and reputation of San Girolamo Farm House depend on everyone's commitment to the values declared and recorded in the Charter.

San Girolamo Farm House reserves the right to modify the Charter of Values together with its stakeholders should the nature or business interests of the company change.

- to make known the company's basics
- to influence the company's and its stakeholders' practices and attitudes;
- to contribute to the mission;
- to promote importance of socially responsible behaviour among the stakeholders;
- to add, in the future, a Code of Morality.
